In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 28 against Jared Dean Dennhardt of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. Dennhardt was sentenced to 30 days in jail; all but three days were suspended and he was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff for one year. Dennhardt was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $91.50.
Cases were initiated during the week ending March 1 as follows: Ellen Louise Ritter of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, possession of drug paraphernalia in three different cases, initiated 2/20, 2/24, and 2/25; and Samantha Nicole Randall of Des Moines, possession of drug paraphernalia.
